!!!KEEP TAB FOCUSED WHILE STREAMING!!! If you don't, your stream will drop to an uncontrollable FPS, usually around 4. You can take the tab to a new window to keep the stream high FPS for as long as at least one pixel of that tab is visible. For this reason, having a second monitor is recommended, especially if you wish to play a fullscreen game.
